Trans-Atlantics Hospitality, LLC (“Trans-Atlantics” or the “Company”) is developing a hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota that will be a new franchise location for Hilton Hotels. The hotel will benefit greatly from being part of the well-known and well-liked company Hilton Hotels. Trans-Atlantics Hospitality, LLC will fill a great need in the Sioux Falls community as there are few hotels in the city. Trans-Atlantics will provide a wide variety of amenities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a restaurant located inside the hotel. In addition, Trans-Atlantics’s friendly staff will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service that promotes loyalty and facilitates repeat business.
This new hotel will be managed and operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, which is based in Dallas. Aimbridge Hospitality is one of the largest independent management companies in the U.S. Currently there are approximately 450 hotels managed throughout the U.S. and Caribbean with more than 63,000 guestrooms across all STR chain scales including boutique properties and resorts. Aimbridge utilizes state of the art systems and because of its scale attracts the highest quality employees.
In South Dakota, tourism's contribution to the state economy grew 6.1 percent in 2015.
Trans-Atlantics Hospitality, LLC will develop a new 120-room hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The hotel will feature an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a restaurant, a small retail shop, and a theater. We will cater to local residents on vacation, business travelers, and tourists. The hotel will be located near a large convention center and a sports complex. The hotel will be a new franchise location for Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As the most recognized name in the industry, travelers all over the world have been saying “Take me to the Hilton” for almost a century. Additionally, because of their innovative approach to products, amenities and service, Hilton continues to be synonymous with hotel across the globe. To achieve this we must meet our customer’s needs including reasonable room rates, exceptional customer service, easy check-in, and a detailed easy to use website. Our growth strategy combines affordable prices with high quality service. Trans-Atlantics Hospitality, LLC will capitalize on the strong tourism industry in South Dakota. South Dakota’s visitor industry set all-time records for visitor spending and economic growth in 2015. In addition, South Dakota’s population continues to grow. Last year, an estimated 4,000 people moved to Sioux Falls, which is on pace to grow to 185,000 by 2020.

We will be located in close proximity to the airport and downtown Sioux Falls to be close to our target market.
The new Tru by Hilton will offer 120 hotel rooms at an average rate of $108.

Limited Liability Company Membership Units
The Company is offering a minimum of 25,000 and a maximum of 5,000,000 Membership Units at a price of $1.00 per Unit. Upon completion of the Offering between 25,000 and 5,000,000 Membership Units will be issued.
The Trans-Atlantics Hospitality, LLC 506(c) Investor Portal provides the capability for prospective accredited investors to become approved as a “prospect", review accreditation requirements, request delivery of the Private Placement Memorandum (“PPM”) with multiple delivery options (print, electronic, flip book), access management contact information, and view the Company’s SEC Form D filing.
For the Company’s management team, this allows for controlled access to the PPM with the prospect providing contact information and, after approval, being added to the investor prospect database which provides management an effective tool for investor prospect relations and management.
Once a prospective investor has decided they are interested in investing, we can then upgrade the prospect account to “Investor” level access. This access now provides the capability for investors to download subscription documents, specific process information for investing and instructions on transfer of investment funds, investor relations contact information, and the ability to see in real time statistics on the offering.
Investor level access also includes access to an investor relations module that provides Investors the capability to access updates from management, quarterly and annual reports, operations or project updates from the Company, press releases, and Company financials. The portal’s mobile “app” type interface will allow the Company’s management team to review and approve upgrading prospects to “Investor” status from mobile devices in real time.
